How to Set or Change SMS Center Number

There are two main ways to change or set your VI message center number on your mobile, so you can choose any one of the methods from the below.

Method 1:

  1. Open your dialer pad and dial *#*#4636#*#*
  2. Now Select the Phone Information
  3. Then Scroll Down to SMSC
  4. Now click on refresh and update it
  5. Now Restart your mobile

Modthod 2:

  1. Open Default Messaging App
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Tap on Message Settings or Advanced Settings
  4. Then Click on SMS Service Center
  5. Update with correct SMSC number
  6. Restart the app
